These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CMDManas Conference platform ("Service") at cmdmanas.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and promptly update them if they change. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempting to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupting the Service, or using it to breach the confidentiality of the peer-review process.

3. Submissions and content

You retain ownership of the manuscripts, abstracts and other content you submit. You grant the conference organisers and the platform the limited rights necessary to store, display and process that content for the purpose of managing submissions and peer review. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

4. Peer review and confidentiality

Reviewers and editors agree to treat submissions and reviews as confidential. Submission content is made available only to the submitting author, the conference editor(s), and reviewers assigned to that submission. Do not share confidential materials outside the Service.

5. Organiser responsibilities

Conference organisers are responsible for their conference's editorial decisions, reviewer conduct, deadlines, and communications with authors, and for complying with applicable laws and the policies of their institution.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We are not liable for loss arising from downtime, data loss, or events beyond our reasonable control; please keep your own copies of important materials.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMDManas Conference is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
